Chef Alex went vegan 16 years ago and forms unique recipes to honor the deep respect she has for her culture, tradition, wellness, and sustainability. La Llamita aims to bring people together through inclusive dining experiences formed across vibrant, nourishing, and culturally rich meals.

Alex holds a plant-based Nutrition Certification from Cornell University.
