It is with great pleasure that Les Dames d'Escoffier Philadelphia announces our Outstanding In Her Field award winners: Lisa Calvo, Valerie Erwin, and Melissa McGrath, who will be fêted at the Les Dames d’Escoffier Heritage Dinner 2025. The event will be held at Bartram’s Garden on Sunday, September 28th, 2025.

Come and enjoy a cocktail while connecting with women from our chapter. Feel free to invite other women in the hospitality industry. All are welcome. 

Visit Sweet Amalia oyster farm and learn about their sustainable farming methods, oyster biology and ecology, and the maritime history of Southern New Jersey from owner, Lisa Calvo. The tour will include an oyster tasting and a shucking lesson.

This experience invites you to discover the secrets of corn and tortillas under the expert guidance of Chef Cristina Martínez.
