It is with great pleasure that Les Dames d'Escoffier Philadelphia announces our Outstanding In Her Field award winners: Lisa Calvo, Valerie Erwin, and Melissa McGrath, who will be fêted at the Les Dames d’Escoffier Heritage Dinner 2025. The event will be held at Bartram’s Garden on Sunday, September 28th, 2025.

A celebration of Philly's Chinatown during Lunar New Year to welcome the Year of the Snake and raise funds for the community preservation efforts of Asian Americans United.

The inaugural event is set for February 3, 2025 and will be hosted by James Beard Award winner Ellen Yin at High Street Philadelphia. Food will be served at 6 stations, each with a featured chef from Chinatown including Emei’s Yongcheng Zhao, Vietnam Restuarant’s Benny Lai, and more. During this half-day event, participants will have the opportunity to visit two local farms with exclusive access, and then enjoy a very special farm-to-table meal featuring ingredients from the area at the new River House at Odette’s.
