Join us for a powerful and celebratory exploration of Black culinary traditions, featuring dishes, stories, and demonstrations from our chapter’s talented members. This event highlights the creativity, heritage, and influence of Black foodways through tasting stations and mini-talks. A culinary celebration honoring culture, contribution, and community with the Les Dames d’Escoffier International, Philly Chapter.

Featured Members & Contributions to be Announced soon. Tanesha (Lead Chef) & Maria will talk to Chef Mona Wilson, Alethia & Val over coffee. Other participants to ask participation: Nana, Angie Brown, Tahiirah, Parris, Asia Simmons, Lauren Swann.
