Antoinette Cardamone

Antoinette “Toni” Cardamone is a Philadelphia native and Hospitality Enthusiast! As a matter of fact, she approaches most things in life with enthusiasm. From her very first culinary experience at Morimoto to her most recent experience at Weckerly’s Ice Cream, and all the twists and turns in between, she brings high energy. 

Toni is experienced as a pastry cook, server, bartender, catering chef, expeditor, dairy pasteurizer, kitchen and production manager, and has worn various other hats in the Philly food and beverage industry.

Her life lessons as a recovered alcoholic make her a broad-sighted, open-minded, and hopeful individual. She is fully aware of the incredible possibilities of women who aren’t afraid to ask for, or offer help to each other. She wholeheartedly believes in the power of diversity as well as her ability to assert inner personal strength in the face of adversity. 

Toni knows but a few things for certain… attitude is everything; women need to stick ether to reach our highest potential; and there is NEVER enough ice!
