Philly Dame and “Foodie Builder”, Felicia Middleton, will follow up on her “Guide to Creating Tasty Spaces” with a timely discussion on cleaner and greener commercial kitchens.

FELICIA MIDDLETON, is an author, architectural design professional and an entrepreneur. She began designing restaurants and food facilities more than a decade ago, finding her niche working with a South Jersey Commercial Kitchen design firm that specialized in designing food facilities, restaurants and bars throughout NJ and the US. Felicia started her company and brand, Foodie Builder, in 2008. On average, her company helps with consulting, design and / or planning of 10-12 restaurants and food facilities annually. Felicia is a member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International and the National Organization of Minority Architects. She is the author of several books, including A Complete Guide To Creating Tasty Spaces. It’s companion, A Complete Guide To Creating Tasty Spaces, Post Covid Edition, will be released this fall.

This event is part of our series “Feeding Your Business Interests”, a new workshop series designed to help your food or hospitality business thrive. This free, virtual series features experts who will help you learn new tools to compete and succeed in a changing business landscape. Topics include Intellectual Property opportunities and management, commercial kitchen design, and changing needs for design in a post-Covid world.

All events take place virtually, on Mondays from 6:30 – 8:00 pm
