Fran Nachman

Philadelphia born and raised, Fran’s career path has taken many routes, from film production to business ownership (servicing the restaurant industry), and for the last 18 years, as a hotel concierge.

In 2012, Fran was honored to win the Where Magazine Key to the City award, given to the city’s top tourism professional. In 2013, she realized one of her goals when I became a member of Les Clefs d’ Or, the international association of hotel concierges.

Since 2011, Fran has served on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Area Concierge Association in several positions, from Philanthropic Director, to Treasurer, to President and a currently as Director of Events. She feels fortunate to be able to work each day with the opportunity to create life-long memories for visitors to Philadelphia.
