Hadley DeBruyn is a lifelong pastry enthusiast, with a special interest in the science of it. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Biology, and was a contributing member of Penn Appetit, a student-run epicurean publication. She is currently putting her passion and knowledge to work as a pastry cook at Vetri Cucina.

Hadley lives in Swarthmore and loves travel, film photography, and spending time with her dog.
