Co-Founder and CEO of Food Collective, a marketing and design agency that works with food, beverage and hospitality brands and aims to open a space for shared kitchens and creative studios in 2022. I also manage social media and events for Edible Philly.
Jen Honovic Herczeg has over 15 years of experience in food and beverage branding, strategy, and digital marketing working for best-in-class brands like Chipotle Mexican Grill, Whole Foods Market, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Di Bruno Bros. to name a few. She often served on special teams focusing on innovation, growth, and strategy. She holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Temple University, where she also serves as an adjunct professor and student mentor, and a BA in Communication from Villanova University, and a Pastry & Baking certificate from the Institute of Culinary Education. Jen enjoys taking advantage of Philadelphia’s vibrant farmers’ markets, outstanding restaurants, and independent shops, and serves on the Board of the South Philly Food Co-op, and works with Edible Philly magazine. She lives with her husband Mark, son Sam and giant Great Dane Archie in South Philly, which is fondly reminiscent of her childhood growing up in a big Croatian immigrant family in New York City and Long Island.
