Rosita Lamberti

director of Restaurants, Aldo Lamberti Family of Restaurants

Rosita Lamberti officially started her restaurant career in 2002, when she joined her family working first as a host, and then manager at Caffe Aldo Lamberti in Cherry Hill, NJ. Having received a BS from Boston College in Marketing and Business Administration, joining the family business was a natural next step. She is dedicated to continuing the growth and success of the family business, and maintaining the standards of excellence in service, atmosphere and cuisine that the Aldo Lamberti Family of Restaurants is known for in the Philadelphia area.

In 2004, Rosita began working at the family’s Philadelphia restaurant, helping with the transition to Lamberti’s Cucina to Positano Coast by Aldo Lamberti. Positano Coast was one of the first restaurants in Philadelphia to introduce crudo, the Italian version of sashimi, to the city. Positano Coast is now one of the top restaurants in Philadelphia, known for their lively brunch and expansive outdoor dining during the warmer months. Over time, Rosita’s position grew to first Operations Manager, and now Director of Restaurants, helping oversee the management teams at the family of restaurants. The family continues to grow with their newest Philadelphia location, Lamberti Pizza and Market.

Through her time at Aldo Lamberti’s Restaurants, Rosita’s passions for food and service have continued to be the driving force behind her work. Rosita is also an advocate for health & wellness, having received both a Health Coach and Life Coach Certification. She currently resides in Cherry Hill, NJ.
