Nicole Zamorano

Nicole has worked in the catering and hospitality industry for over fifteen years. Ten of those years of experience have been with Constellation Culinary Group at their regional commissary in Philadelphia. There she has been at the helm of managing commissary kitchen operations and being a liaison between Pennsylvania and New York catering sales and culinary teams, assisting with events at cultural institutions such as the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Barnes Foundation, Carnegie Hall, and the New York Botanical Gardens.

Fostering a strong team would not be possible without consistent mentoring and training in the world of catering. Paving the way for young women interested in culinary arts and event planning to excel in this industry (outside of restaurants) by sharing the tools and resources available, and connecting others, also fuels Nicole’s passion of Food & Beverage.
