Nikki Savastano

Nikki got her chemical engineering degree from the University of Kansas and worked in the Chemical/Oil/Gas industry out of college. In 2020, Nikki moved to Philadelphia to get into the food industry via a job at The Campbell’s Company. She’s been there since working on various food products from Beverages, Salsa and Soup to Cookies, Crackers and Bread. She works in Research & Development and focuses on the translation from kitchen to manufacturing and what it takes to make food on a larger scale but maintain the food’s integrity and flavor.

Working in the industry has allowed Nikki to discover her love for food and food science and she continues to develop that love through her endeavors both inside and outside the workplace.
