Rhiannon Fabel

Rhiannon has had a passion for the hospitality industry from the beginning. While attending a vocational high school for culinary arts, she found her first job making cheesesteaks at a local deli after school. After graduating from Richard Stockton College with a degree in hospitality management, she began working with the Gordon Ramsay Group opening their first two Atlantic City locations; Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, and Gordon Ramsay Steak.
Rhiannon has always been drawn to the excitement of restaurant openings, which has since brought her to Philadelphia with the post-pandemic opening of Prime Steak Concepts’ Steak 48 Philadelphia where she oversaw front of house operations, as well as their continued training program.
Her love for hospitality education and training has inspired her to earn her WSET Level 2 certification, as well as cicerone certification.
She is currently working with Chef Laurent Tourdonel and his WeChef Hospitality team on the opening of two new restaurants within Northern Liberties.
