Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles across a range of hospitality sectors, including hotels, off-premises and exclusive catering within museums and historic venues. Passionate about the hospitality industry, Sue is committed to crafting memorable events and immersive guest experiences with extraordinary food and design.
While her professional focus has been on the sales and design aspects of culinary and hospitality services, Sue’s love for food is deeply personal. She devotes countless hours to cooking and entertaining, developing original recipes, writing (unpublished) cookbooks, and sharing her culinary skills by teaching friends and family.
